C.J. Lovett
was born and raised in Providence,
Rhode Island. He graduated from
Boston University with a B.A. in
International Relations. He received
his J.D. from Southern New England
School of Law. Mr. Lovett is the Managing
Partner of the firm and concentrates his
practice in the area of personal
injury claims; specifically motor
vehicle accidents, slip and fall
injuries and medical malpractice
claims.
Mr. Lovett is licensed to practice
in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
as well as the Federal District
Court in the district of
Massachusetts.

Karen
Lovett was born and raised In Fall
River, MA. She graduated from Roger
Williams University with a B.A. in
literature. She received her J.D.
from Boston
University School of Law. Her experience includes
seven years in Human Resources
in academic and hospital settings.
While in law school she worked at
the Department of the Attorney
General in Rhode Island, and was a
clerk to Mr. Justice John Orton, III
of the Superior Court. Mrs. Lovett
was a litigation associate at the
law firm of the late Raul Lovett.
She is licensed to practice in Rhode
Island.

Lovett was born and raised in Providence,
Rhode Island. He graduated from Clark
University
a B.A. in Communications. He received his
J.D. from the Southern New England School of
Law. Mr. Lovett
concentrates his practice in workers'
compensation, criminal
defense, social
security and employment matters.
Mr. Lovett is a
designated Panel Attorney for the
Professional Hockey Players Association, and
represents professional athletes in
disability and workers' compensation claims.
He has represented professional hockey
players throughout New England and the
United States who have played for the Boston Bruins,
Edmonton Oilers, San Jose Sharks, Colorado
Avalanche, New Jersey Devils, Tampa Bay
Lightning, New York Islanders, Anaheim
Ducks, Carolina Hurricanes, Providence
Bruins, Worcester Sharks, Lowell Devils, and
Springfield Falcons.
He is licensed to practice in the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the
Federal District Court in the district of
Massachusetts.

John Sylvia
was born and raised in Providence,
Rhode Island. He graduated from
Roger Williams University. Prior to
attending law school, Mr. Sylvia
spent several years as an
administrator in the health care
industry. Mr.
Sylvia graduated from the Roger
Williams Law School. He was admitted
to the Rhode Island bar in 2000. He
concentrates his practice in the
areas of workers' compensation
litigation, family law and criminal
defense.
Mr. Sylvia is licensed to practice
in the State of Rhode Island and is
a member of the Rhode Island Bar
